Here are some of the wonderful experiences our guests enjoy.
Edinburgh’s old town
Edinburgh's Old Town is best discovered on a walking tour. The Royal Mile, and its small alleyways, which we call closes or wynds, are full of surprises and tales. You will visit hidden gardens, learn of the famous past residents and hear some gruesome tales of Old Edinburgh. You can enjoy Visit the Cathedral of St Giles, see our exciting new Parliament Building and the Royal Palace of Holyrood House.
the new town
The Elegant New Town. The embodiment of the Enlightenment, inspired by Ancient Rome and Greece. You will stroll along the stunning avenues and visit the magnificent squares of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town, built as an exclusive suburb for Edinburgh's wealthy. The New Town is full of literary connection from Ian Rankin's Inspector Rebus, Robert Louis Stevenson, and Arthur Conan Doyle. We can proceed on to the cool Stockbridge area and discover Edinburgh's most quaint boutiques, best coffee shops, and on a Sunday experience the Farmers Market.
The diverse city
Would you like to do something different? How about discovering Edinburgh's Radical history or the lives of Edinburgh's Inspiring Women like the pioneering doctor, Elsie Inglis?
